Yes, every clean is tailored to your home and what matters most to you. Across my work you'll typically see kitchens (sinks, draining boards, hobs, oven glass and extractors), bathrooms (showers, screens, taps, tiles and limescale restoration), descaling of taps and kettles, appliance cleaning such as washing machines, uPVC windows, frames and sills, skirting boards, and even sockets and switches, and it's the attention to detail I'm proud of. When you get in touch we'll agree exactly what's covered so you know precisely what you're getting. If there's something specific you'd like adding, just ask.

It's flexible. I'm happy to bring my own products and equipment, or to use yours if you'd prefer, and we'll agree what suits you when we sort your quote. If you have particular products you love, or any allergies or sensitivities in the home, just tell me and I'll work around them.

Pets are no problem at all, and I'm used to working in homes with animals. It just helps to know in advance, so let me know when you book and tell me anything I should be aware of, such as a nervous dog or a cat that likes to slip out the door. If you'd prefer pets kept in a particular room while I work, that's absolutely fine, so just say.

Whatever works best for you. Plenty of people like to be in for the first clean so we can run through everything together, then prefer to be out for future visits, and that's completely fine. If you're not going to be home, we'll simply agree how I'll get in (a key, a key safe, or someone letting me in) before the appointment. I'll always treat your home and your keys with care and respect. We'll sort the details when you book so there are no surprises on the day.
